EXPERIENCE
|
Mr. Baker was in private practice in Dallas
where he was a partner in the firm of Pailet & Baker, specializing in
corporate, international and commercial law. In 1980, he joined the
faculty of the University of Texas at Austin where he teaches Business
and International Law and has been the recipient of numerous teaching
awards. During this time, he has served as a Legal Consultant to
businesses both here and abroad. |
EDUCATION

Mark B. Baker, a native of Bridgeport,
Connecticut, is a graduate of the University of Miami where he received
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1968. A 1974 graduate of
Southern Methodist University School of Law and a member of the Deans
Honor Roll, Mr. Baker served as President of the SMU International Law
Society as well as an officer of the Student Bar. He was admitted to the
Texas Bar in 1974, and is a member of the International and Corporate
Counsel Sections of the Bar as well as the Union Internationale des
Avocats. He has been admitted to practice before the United States
Courts for the Western District of Texas. |
